STRABAG Property and Facility Services a.s.

The brand name STRABAG Property and Facility Services Group entered the Czech market as a result of renaming ECM Facility a.s. company upon its acquisition by STRABAG SE in October 2010. Through this acquisition STRABAG PFS Group became one of the prominent Facility Management providers in the Czech Republic.

ECM Facility a.s. has established itself as a separate legal entity in 2002. Nevertheless, the company history dates back to 1994 as a Facility Management centre within ECM Real Estate Investments AG. Its corporate know-how was significantly enhanced in 2009 by merging with Optiservis, spol. s r.o. in a move which expanded company ranks to include further specialists active in the field since 1992.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services a.s. ranks among TOP 5 Facility Management providers in the Czech Republic, with turnover reaching 400 mil. CZK.

We manage approximately 100 properties throughout the Czech Republic. While our specialization is Facility Management in office buildings, we are equally proficient in managing residential complexes, industrial estates, hotels, shopping centers, government buildings, sports halls and other types of real estate, as demonstrated by our portfolio of diverse references.

We think holistically. For us, Facility Management is a set of logically interrelated activities whereby we handle technological operations, administrative operations, building infrastructure, design and technical status surveys, asset records, Energy Management and Property Management. In addition, whatever we are doing, we keep an eye on environmental protection, which is one of the pillars of our corporate philosophy.

In 2002, we became an active member of the IFMA (the International Facility Management Association) to further improve the quality of our services. IFMA membership and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates ensure that our Integrated Facility Management services comply with strict national and international industry standards.

We strictly adhere to the conditions of ISO certification in all our activities. We introduce quality management and control systems by prior arrangement with our clients in order to achieve their maximum satisfaction.
